  1. Designing and implementing operational policy advice and consultation program on the implementation of organizational development, management development, transformation and innovation as well as compliance and recognition.
  2. Designing and implementing the program advisory and consultancy services concerning:
    1. Organizational Development (Strategic Plan, Risk Plan, branding)
    2. Management Development (BPR and Change Management)
    3. Transformation and Innovation (the assessment panel, Briefing / Talk, KIK)
    4. Compliance and Recognition (SSR, Mystery Shopping, Inspectorate, Audit EKSA and Innovation Award)
  3. Monitoring and assessment of the achievement of organizational development, management development, transformation and innovation as well as compliance and recognition.
  4. Designing and implementing a recognition program for the agency in Sabah which has reached a level of excellence in quality management organization or specific areas identified.
  5. Designing and implementing promotional and publicity initiatives - initiatives of MAMPU.
  6. Council Secretariat and manage the Innovation Day and the ICC Convention.
  7. Designing and implementing programs promoting the culture of government service delivery system.
  8. Providing consultation and advice on the implementation of ICT policies, standards, guidelines and programs to improve public services ICT development.
  9. Help monitor and evaluate the implementation of e-Government projects.
  10. Monitor services and the need 1Gov*Net at state level.
  11. Representing MAMPU in the ICT state committees.
  12. Conduct promotional activities of the Electronic Government project include onshore services' on-line
  13. Help coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Public Sector website.
  14. Monitoring and providing technical support government projects at the state level.
  15. Manage and coordinate matters related to ICT requirements including maintenance of hardware and software, network and application systems.
  16. Secretarial duties and provide technical support to all council departments and programs.
  17. ICT training of internal control.
  18. Perform administrative affairs, human resources, finance and accounts MAMPU Sabah.
