MANAGEMENT SERVICE DELIVERY SECTION 1

1. Planning and coordination of the preparation of standards and guidelines for the management of innovation and the management of public sector performance.

2. Planning and coordination of studies and research on aspects of public service management development, organizational development, transformation, systems and procedures and innovation in line with current developments. 

3. Study design and methodology development and innovation of new models and performance management towards strengthening public sector delivery.

4. Planning and implementation of impact assessment and evaluation of the effectiveness (regulatory impact assessment) the implementation of policies, standards, guidelines and best practices in various aspects of innovation and performance management. 

5. Planning and coordination of engagements session (engagement) with public sector agencies, which involves the study of organizational management and strengthening public service delivery system to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. 

6. Planning feasibility studies and evaluation of the effectiveness of policies / existing practices for compliance and improvement. 

7. Strengthening coordination and development mechanisms based on innovation and creativity for all levels of the service delivery system in line with current developments. 

 

MANAGEMENT SERVICE DELIVERY SECTION 2

1. Planning and coordination of the preparation of standards and guidelines for best practice management of the public sector. 

2. Planning and coordination of studies and research on the development of public service management, organizational development, transformation and service delivery in line with current developments. 

3. Planning and coordination framework publishing / provided under Article / journal / speech and so on related planning modernization management.

4. Planning and coordination of management studies, impact studies and evaluation of the effectiveness of service delivery and best practices of the public sector.

5. Planning and coordination of engagements session (engagement) with public sector agencies involved in management studies, impact studies and evaluation of the effectiveness of service delivery and best practices to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders. 

6. Planning and coordination of feasibility studies and evaluation of the effectiveness of policies / existing practices for compliance and improvement.

Business Registration and Management Changes

1. Planning and coordination of consolidation of the existing Registry of Business Registration to a single registry. 

2. Planning and coordination of the expanding use business registration number as identification number â € ~ â € ™ a single business by business entities and public agencies. 

3. Planning and coordination fee waiver supply business entity profile information for the purpose of sharing information. 

4. Planning and coordination of input supply business registration business integration architecture for the development of business registration and business licensing.

5. Planning and coordination of the preparation of registration information business entities as input to the development of the Gateway Business Registration and Licensing. 

6. Planning and coordination of studies related to the transformation of business registration. 

7. Planning and coordination of the implementation of change management programme.

 

Licensing of Business, Service Delivery and Transformation of Sabah & Sarawak

1. Planning and coordinating the collection and verification of information on licenses and permits under the jurisdiction of the Central Government, State Government and Local Authorities.
2. Planning and coordination of the implementation of mapping license by sector, activity and geographical classification standards.
3. Planning and coordination of the implementation process of entering data (data entry) to the Information Portal Registration and Business Licensing.
4. Planning and coordination of the implementation of multi-channel service delivery.
5. Planning and coordination of registration and licensing of business transformation in Sabah and Sarawak.
6. Planning and coordination of studies related to the transformation of business licensing, multi-channel service delivery and transformation of business registration and licensing in Sabah and Sarawak.
