PLANNING, COORDINATED AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS SECTION

STRATEGIC PLANNING UNIT
1.    Plan and coordinate MAMPU Strategic Planning (SKT and KPI) parallel with the transformation agenda.
2.    Plan and coordinate the preparation of the MAMPU Strategic Plan.
3.    Conduct a review of the implementation of the MAMPU Strategic Plan strategy.
4.    Coordinating the use of monitoring systems for MAMPU and BPKK program / project (MyPrestasi).
5.    Coordinating the use of MAMPU’s and BPKK’s KPI monitoring system feedback (MyKPI).

COORDINATION AND SECRETARIAT UNIT
1.    Coordinate the preparation of Cabinet Memorandum, Note Pilgrims Minister, concept papers, proposals and MAMPU’s briefing notes.
2.    Coordinate and prepare draft replies Dewan Rakyat and Dewan Negara.
3.    Coordinate and prepare a draft input to the speech at the official opening of the House of Representatives.
4.    Coordinate and provide input and feedback by MAMPU to outsiders.
5.    Coordinate main meetings in MAMPU.
6.    Coordinating the use of the monitoring system feedback meetings (MyMesyuarat).

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS UNIT
1.    Coordinate capacity building programs MAMPU to compete globally.
2.    Plan and coordinate the participation of MAMPU in international programs through forums / technical committee / awards programs and strategic collaborations.
3.    Establishing strategic alliances and partnerships with agencies at the international level, the Commonwealth and the ASEAN.
4.    Plan and coordinate the preparation of the MoU and program staffing international level.
5.    Coordinate tours internationally for sharing experiences and best practices related to the delivery of public services.
6.    Coordinating the use of the monitoring system feedback meetings (MyMesyuarat).

DOCUMENTATION AND RESOURCE CENTRE UNIT
1.    Coordinate and publication of books, newsletters, annual reports and publications regularly MAMPU.
2.    Coordinate and distribute other publications MAMPU.
3.    Arranging circulars, directives and guidelines issued MAMPU.
4.    Manage the collection, procurement and borrowing books from the library.
5.    Coordinate the program / activity library.
6.    MAMPU coordinate publication design.
7.    Manage the daily record of major local newspaper reports to the Office of the Director General.
8.    Annual budget planning purposes Resource Center.
9.    Manage the implementation of a computerized system Resource Center.

•    SECTION CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

PROMOTION AND PUBLIC RELATIONS UNIT
1.    Devise and implement strategies Promotion and Public Relations Program MAMPU towards Positive Image Formation through Planning Promotion and Publicity strategic and effective.
2.    Providing promotional material and exhibition.
3.    Implementing Strategic Collaboration Promotion Service Delivery with Media and Government Agencies.
4.    Identifying government initiatives to be promoted.
5.    To Study Effectiveness Campaign Public Service Delivery.
6.    Briefing / Description of Promotion and Publicity.
7.    Designing and implementing the Campaign Public Service Delivery through the organization of the Council of MAMPU.
8.    Manage Service Delivery Promotion Exhibition together public sector agencies.
9.    Strengthening Collaboration among Public Relations Agencies Public Sector.
10.    Handles public relations activities such as announcements, news and the latest information to citizens MAMPU government and other public sector agencies.

•    CORPORATE AFFAIRS UNIT
1.    Plan and coordinate corporate image enhancement MAMPU.
2.    Coordinate visits and experience sharing best practices related to the delivery of public services.
3.    Monitor and ensure compliance with the MAMPU corporate image.
4.    Coordinate the program / activity under Images and Rebranding Committee.
5.    Briefing on MAMPU.
6.    Monitor and evaluate compliance MAMPU Charter.
7.    Coordinate and monitor the Complaints Management MAMPU.
8.    To facilitate customer relations and stakeholder MAMPU.
9.    Prepare and carry out CAN External Customer Satisfaction Survey.
10.  Facilitate communication for Crisis Communication Team (CCT).
11.  Coordinate and monitor the Customer Service Officer (PKP) MAMPU Putrajaya.

•    NEW MEDIA UNIT AND MULTIMEDIA
1.    Coordinate, monitor and update the contents of the Portal MAMPU (MAMPU Portal Management Working Committee).
2.    Manage loyal MAMPU Portal Management Committee.
3.    Identify the use of new media as a medium of Public Service Delivery.
4.    Coordinate and provide multimedia materials MAMPU.
5.    Provide design announcements through MAMPU Portal.
6.    Manage and provide new media content of Department.
