GITIC governance structure:

GITIC has four (4) committees and the terms of reference for the committees are as follows:
(a) GITIC Working Committee (GWC)
- To develop and recommend strategy for ICT development and implementation in Public Sector to GITIC;
- To develop and recommend planning for ICT development and implementation in Public Sector align with determined direction, policy and strategic by GITIC; and
- To develop and recommend innovation in ICT and also guideline and standard for ICT implementation in Public Sector.
(b) Electronic Government Coordination Committee (EGCOM)
- To monitor implementation status of Public Sector Electronic Government projects;
- To report implementation status of Public Sector Electronic Government projects to GITIC, Public Administration Development Panel (PANEL), Head of Service's Meeting, Flagship Coordination Committee (FCC) and others related meeting; and
- To coordinate implementation and solving Public Sector Electronic Government implementation issues.
(c) ICT Technical Committee (ITTC)
- To negotiate and validate ICT Strategic Plan (ISP) for Public Sector agencies;
- To negotiate and give technical approval of ICT project for Public Sector agencies;
- To coordinate ICT development and implementation at Public Sector agencies;
- To identify problems and current issues in ICT implementation at Public Sector agencies and recommend proposal in handling it;
- To monitor implementation status of approved ICT project at agencies; and
- To prepare report to GITIC as needed.
(d) ICT Training Committee (ICTTC)
- To identify and recommend ICT core competency for Public Sector personnel;
- To recommend ICT competency development policy for Public Sector personnel;
- To develop and recommend implementation strategy of ICT competency development program and Public Sector ICT development;
- To coordinate planning and implementation of ICT training program organise by Public Sector agencies; and
- To monitor and assess implementation of Public Sector ICT training program.
