ICT NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT SECTION
- Planning, implementing and managing the MyGov*Net.WAN infrastructure;
- Planning, implementing and managing the MyGov*Net.Global infrastructure;
- Planning, implementing and managing the MyGov*Net.PCN infrastructure;
- Improving the quality of MyGov*Net services by providing added value in terms of technology and operations;
- Designing and managing the implementation of impact studies, customer satisfaction surveys, network evaluations, preparation of articles and reports related to the MyGov*Net;
- Planning the implementation of consolidation, migration and integration of the MyGov*Net and network collaboration between Agencies; and Providing network services advisory to the Public Sector agencies.
DATA CENTER INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT SECTION
- Provide comprehensive data center infrastructure including mechanical, electrical and civil facilities in support of MyGovCloud@PDSA services
- Plan, design, execute, manage, maintain, analyze and evaluate the needs of Cloud Computing services in Public Sector Agencies.
- Design, evaluate and analyze hardware and software requirements for Public Sector Agencies usage.
- Designing, assessing, analyzing and managing the implementation of the consolidation and migration of the Public Sector Agencies data centers.
- Designing, assessing, analyzing and managing the implementation of the consolidation and migration of the Public Sector Agencies disaster recovery center (DRC)
- Designing, evaluating, analyzing and managing data center facilities.
- Designing, drawing up, implementing, managing, and operating technical support of ICT infrastructure and ICT Service Gateway.
- Provide advisory services and expertise in latest networking, hardware and software technology as well as Cloud Computing.
- Plan and coordinate collaboration with four (4) cloud service providers (CSP) and managed service providers (MSP)
- Monitor and coordinate the services provided by the CSP Panel and MSP

ICT SECURITY SECTION
- Plan, manage, analyze, implement and monitor Government Public Key Infrastructure Services (GPKI).
- Plan, manage and monitor the supply of user and server digital certificates issued by the accredited Certification Authorities (CA).
- Provide advisory services related to the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) usage to public sector agencies as well as to provide helpdesk (GPKI Desk) and technical support services to GPKI System users.
- Plan, manage and implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) auditing for the MyGPKI Services.
- Plan, manage and implement the Forensic Digital Lab Service (MyDFLab).
- Plan and manage the implementation of MAMPU Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).
GATEWAY CONSOLIDATION AND INTEGRATION OF ICT SERVICES DEVELOPMENT SECTION
- Plan, develop, implement and manage Public Sector Integrated Communications services.
- Planning, designing, implementing and managing centralized operations, control and monitoring services for Public Sector Integrated Communications services.
- Assess, monitor, analyze and coordinate the needs of the Public Sector Integrated Communications infrastructure.
- Planning and managing the public sector Integrated Communications service help desk service.
- Manage, evaluate and maintain the security aspects of the Public Sector Integrated Communications service.
- Plan, implement and manage the expansion of the Public Sector Integrated.
- Planning, implementing and managing change management of Public Sector Integrated Communications.
