MAMPU Sarawak

ICT DEVELOPMENT SECTION

1. Planning, implementing , coordinating and monitoring MAMPU’s expansion and inculturation programme of new ICT initiatives for federal agencies in Sarawak.
2. Planning, monitoring, coordinating and organizing technical consultancy and advisory programmes related to ICT project implementation, application system development and ICT Security.
3. Planning, monitoring and coordinating skills capacity enhancement programmes Sarawak Federal Agency’s PTM / PPTM / JTK personnel.
4. Planning, monitoring the implementation of inspectorate programme and public sector ICT projects in the State of Sarawak.
5. Designing and coordinating the publication of the MAMPU Sarawak Bulletin as a medium of channeling information and knowledge related to MAMPU’s roles, initiatives and programs.
6. Coordinating, implementing and monitoring ICT technical requirements in MAMPU Sarawak.
7. Coordinating, implementing and monitoring ICT technical assistance related to Electronic Government projects led by MAMPU as well as in the aspects of ICT asset management for government departments in Sarawak.

TRANSFORMATION AND MODERNISATION MANAGEMENT SECTION 1

1. Formulating, planning and implementing programs site visits / monitory visits to all Federal departments / agencies.
2. Formulating, Planning and Implementing benchmarking programmes of Federal departments / agencies to high performing organisations.
3. Conducting assessments of federal and state agencies for recognition purposes.
4. Conducting Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) Certification assessment in Sarawak.
5. Planning, implementing and coordinating secretarial work for programmes / workshops / seminars under the jurisdiction of MAMPU for the public sector in Sarawak.

TRANSFORMATION AND MODERNISATION MANAGEMENT SECTION 2

1. Planning, implementing and coordinating consultation / advisory services for administrative modernization and service delivery systems for the public sector in Sarawak.
2. Conducting assessment on innovation programmes.
3. Planning, implementing and coordinating secretarial work / programs / workshops / seminars under the jurisdiction of MAMPU for the public sector in Sarawak.
4. Planning and coordinating research under the jurisdiction of MAMPU in Sarawak.
5.Planning, executing and coordinating the secretarial tasks of the Sarawak State Level Public Service Innovation Week / Innovation Steering Committee or better known as JKPI (Jawatan kuasa Pemandu Inovasi) Meeting

HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION SECTION

1. Manage and administer MAMPU Sarawak Branch.
2. Ensure the management of office space and office equipment is carried out regularly and properly.
3. Managing office assets and inventories in a more organized and systematic manner.
4. Manage all public relations and customer service.
5. Ensure and coordinate the security document in accordance with the Official Secret Act, the Occupational Safety Directive and National Archives Act.
6. Planning and implement human resource development.
7. Managing the service matters including service records, confirmation, regular admission and retirement, promotion, transfer, declaration of assets, annual performance appraisals, retirement and disciplinary.
8. Assist in implementing and coordinating secretarial work / programs / workshops / seminars under the jurisdiction of MAMPU for the public sector in Sarawak.
9. Designing, planning and implementing the outreach programs to all departments / Federal agencies.

FINANCE SECTION

1. Prepare and control annual allocation dan expenditure.
2. Manage all payments for emoluments, bills and claims.
3. Managing public transport ticket reservations.
4. Managing government procurement.
5. Managing receipts and petty cash accounts.
6. Managing housing loans, vehicle and computer.
7. Managing financial reporting.
8. Assist in implementing and coordinating secretarial work / programs / workshops / seminars under the jurisdiction of MAMPU for the public sector in Sarawak.
