Division’s Functions:
1. To plan and implement research on management and development of public organization.
2. Provide policies, standards and guidelines on best practices for public service management and delivery.
3. Provide guidance manuals on the implementation of best practices in public service management and delivery.
4. Plan and implement studies on the effectiveness of the implementation of policies, standards and guidelines for management practices of public organizations.
SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES RESEARCH SECTION (SPS)
1. Plan and coordinate management research (action / survey) in the field of systems and procedures to achieve MAMPU’s objectives and current national policies / agendas.
2. To plan and coordinate policy formulation, preparation of standards and guidelines in the field of systems and procedures to achieve MAMPU’s objectives and current national policies / agendas.
3. To plan and coordinate the preparation of guidance manuals on best practices for management and service delivery in the field of systems and procedures to achieve MAMPU’s objectives and current national policies / agendas.
4. To plan and implement studies on the effectiveness of the implementation of policies, standards and guidelines of public organization management practices in the field of systems and procedures to achieve MAMPU’s objectives and current national policies/ agendas.
5. Implement advisory services in the field of systems and procedures.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT RESEARCH SECTION (SPP)
