INTRODUCTION

MAMPU also offers consulting and advisory services to the Development of Risk Management Plans based on the Strategic Plan, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the public service delivery system and to help implement quality management practices in public agencies.

Risk management plans that based on the Strategic Plan also includes frameworks and processes that enable organizations to manage risk effectively and systematically from the agency’s strategic objective perspective. This risk management plan was developed for the purpose of developing control strategies taking into account the anticipated risk incidents that may affect the agency’s core services. In addition, the risk management plan developed will be in line with the agency’s Strategic Planning.

Risk management in the public sector is essential to ensure that public sector agencies are always prepared to face threats and challenges that may impact the achievement of agency objectives
