The Public Sector Strategic Collaborative Networks (JKSSA) aims to establish close collaboration between public, private, academic and NGO sectors. JKKSA is able to provide exposure to civil servants on the latest ICT scenarios and trends, improving skills and competencies as well as obtaining feedbacks from private sector, academia and NGO on policy and implementation of government initiatives. This strategic collaborative network is able to stimulate innovation development by leveraging on the latest technology. Tthe JKSSA framework was launched on November 23, 2016 in conjunction with the Public Sector CIO Convex 2016. The JKSSA framework is as below:
