EG Service Desk provides tier-1 central support and technical assistance to ICT shared service users provided by MAMPU. EG Service Desk covers incidents management , service requests and notification services on disruption of ICT services and ICT security breach.
The services supported by EG Service Desk are as follows:
1. Putrajaya Campus Network;
2. Public Sector Data Centre;
3. 1GOVUC;
4. Helpdesk for ICT end users in MAMPU; and
5. myGovernment Portal.
