The Digitalisation Strategic Plan (DSP) formerly known as the ICT Strategic Plan (ISP) is a blueprint that contains the digitalisation strategic direction of public sector agencies for a period of three to five years. The PSP also outlines strategies and programs to guide agencies in the planning and implementation of agency digitalisation initiatives in line with the national digitalisation agenda. The PSP needs to be aligned with the Organisation’s Strategic Plan (OSP) to cover the department’s service needs and consider the latest digital technology developments. The PSP needs to be monitored and reviewed periodically through a half- term review (HTR) to ensure that the strategic direction of ICT and digitalisation remains relevant to the agency’s organisational environment.
