Overview

Consistent with its role as Public Sector management consultant, MAMPU provides consultation services to Goverment agencies in developing and strengthening their Strategic Plans.

The consultation servoces include the following activities :

• Formulation/ revesion of the vision and mission statement;
• Internal and external environment trend analysis;
• Customer and stakeholders requirement analysis;
• Identification of strategic issues;
• Identification of organisation’s strategic objectives;
• Formulation of action plan; and
• Development of the strategic plan document.
