Public Sector ICT Technical Committee (JTISA) was established in order to evaluate and approve the technical aspect of public sector agencies ICT Projects based on the respective organization's strategic plan and ICT strategic according to a certain limit value.

JTISA evaluates Public Sector agencies  ICT projects application in the aspect of technical viability, resource optimization and cost effectiveness in order to support the needs of the agencies core business. Aims to ensure that implemented ICT projects will provide value added and return on value for money , high impact and effectiveness to citizens while improving the efficiency of government service delivery.

PURPOSE
To ensure that the planning and implementation of the public sector agencies ICT programs carried out are accordance with the government's ICT policy.
