Apart from MPKM, the MAMPU Management Meeting (MPM) is another major meeting in MAMPU and is held on a monthly basis. This meeting is chaired by the Director General of MAMPU and attended by both the Deputy Director Generals, Division Directors and their Division Deputy Directors, Specialist ICT Consultants, ICT Consultants, Head of Units, Public Relations Officer and Librarian.
MPM provides a platform to discuss new / innovative ideas in terms of improvement of public service delivery through the presentation of proposals and informative papers.
In addition, a general report which includes the service and personnel data, training, finance, complaints as well as local / overseas visits were also reported in MPM. The meeting also allows knowledge sharing through “book review sessions” by the Division Directors and Deputy Directors.
Softcopies of the proposal and information papers, general reports and book review’s slides to be presented in the MPM must be submitted to the meeting’s secretariat at least three (3) days before the meeting is held.
