The Customer Satisfaction Rating System (eRating) is a facility provided by MAMPU for government agencies to receive feedback or evaluation from customers who receive over -the -counter services, electronically and centrally.
The objectives of eRating System:
i. As a customer feedback channel (electronically) on services provided at government agency counters;
ii. Cultivating immediate feedback by customers quickly and easily;
iii.Continuous monitoring in order to improve the government service delivery system.
There are two (2) mediums for implementing eRating to obtain evaluation from customers whether using QR codes or tablets. The use of tablet will involve some cost in order to prepare the tablets which will be placed at the counter for customer evaluation, while the use of QR code only requires the agency to place the QR code printout at the counter or appropriate location to be scanned with a smartphone by the customers for service evaluation.
However, the selection of appropriate implementation medium by the relevant agencies should also take into account the category of customers who often deal and obtain services over the counter.
