PUTRAJAYA, 10 November 2021 – The Malaysian Administrative Modernization and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU), Prime Minister’s Department remains committed to enhancing Malaysia’s position in the implementation of Digital Government by spearheading the Public Sector Public Sector Data Analytics Services Project (DRSA) 2.0 from 2 January 2020 to 2 July 2022. Among the main scope of the project is the development of 12 data products by companies and the development of 10 data products by coaching involving 17 ministries/agencies. All 22 of these data products have been completed.
MAMPU has organized a Showcase Session of Public Sector Data Product (DRSA) 2.0 that has been produced to share knowledge, experience and see the potential of this data product to be developed in the future. Among the objectives of this session are to provide exposure and understanding related to public data, encourage agencies to implement public data analytics while identifying and prepare business cases, encourage data sharing for data product development in agencies or across agencies and increase knowledge on data value and the importance of big data analytics in assisting accurate and effective planning, policy formulation and decision making. This showcase session involves presentation and exhibition activities among the ministries/agencies involved. The event is on 10 November 2021 (Wednesday), 8.30 am to 5.30 pm at Hotel Tenera, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.
